Working with Mojo, we discovered a marketplace crowded with similar brand positionings (such as the ‘cargo’ look, source-of-origin messaging and the slick ‘energy hit’ imagery). Added to this, the New Zealand consumer is spoilt for choice when it comes to finding a quality cup.
Mojo needed a brand platform that would position the brand well beyond the table stakes of good coffee. The brand idea of ‘Sharing the Magic’, captures the drive and experience of Mojo – the escape and reward of coffee and cafes, and the service-led brand environment. The proposition also talks to the opportunity that lies in every single engagement with customers.
